Grace and Courtesy are at the heart of Montessori. π§‘
Children learn how to care for others, communicate with kindness, and contribute to their community. From offering help to saying βpleaseβ and βthank you,β these small moments shape the way children move through the world. As we approach Thanksgiving, weβre especially reminded of the power of gratitude. Montessori children practice this every day: showing appreciation for friends, teachers, their environment, and even the materials they use.
Grace and Courtesy teach us that gratitude isnβt something we save for a holidayβ¦ itβs something we live, moment by moment. π§‘π¦
