Admissions Process

Are you interested in applying to The Woods?

We look forward to meeting you and getting to know your child! These steps will walk you through the process.

Step 1

Schedule a Tour


Tours are scheduled for weekday mornings at either 9 am or 10 am. Morning tours allow prospective families to see the uninterrupted morning work cycle. Your visit will start with a tour of the school, followed by a chance to sit and observe a class at work. Before you leave, you will meet with our administrative staff to ask any additional questions.

Step 2

Submit Application


After the tour, you will receive a card with a link to the application form. You must complete the application online and pay a non-refundable fee of $150 through PayPal.

Step 3

Schedule a Child's Visit


Children'''s House students ONLY are required to come for a visit before enrollment is complete. This visit typically consists of a 30-minute visit to one of our classrooms. Your child will be invited to engage in Montessori activities, and this is an opportunity for parents to observe their child in the Montessori environment. This visit is a way to familiarize the child with the school and for both the parents and the school to ensure The Woods is the best fit for your family.

Step 4

Acceptance Letter


You will receive an acceptance letter if your child is accepted to our school. You have 15 days to confirm that you are accepting the space offered. Upon receipt of the acceptance letter, you must submit a deposit to reserve your child's space. You will make the deposit through our electronic payment system, FACTS.
